Lindsay & Barbara Poteat have traveled to Israel 18 times, beginning in 1993. “We have a passionate love for Israel and have been called ‘Christian Zionists.’ We love to teach the Bible in the places where Bible events happened. We thrill to sing songs of the faith appropriate for the sites we visit. We wish to help others understand the position of modern Israel in the region and in the community of nations. In short, we want others to love their Bibles more because they’ve visited Israel, and to love Israel more because they believe their Bibles.”
Rev. Poteat was Director of the Peninsula Rescue Mission in Newport News, VA, for 30 years.
He has been a Pastor and interim pastor for numerous churches in the Tidewater, VA, area.
He has been the weekly speaker on Manna for the Morning on the Bible Broadcasting Network since October, 1991.
